Here I am doing a SWOT analysis on the animation I am going to create for the client. Strengths - I have a clear idea for the way I am going to begin and end my animation, which gives a strong framework for storytelling and engagement from the audience. - I have created concept art to clearly visualise my ideas and the overall aesthetic I am going for. - Based on the 4-10 year old target audience, the idea for my animation caters to what this range might enjoy, so it will increase the chance of the animation's effectiveness and reception. - In the characters, I have embedded the colour scheme and logo of the brand which can effectively reinforce the recognition and brand identity. - I would say that I also have simple yet decent skill in drawing which can provide a solid foundation for me to create visuals in my animation. - I found using a graphics tablet easy for the parts of the animation that I wanted to digitally draw myself and made it more efficient than using a mouse to dra...

I am going to discuss the techniques used for different forms of animation, which include line drawing, cel drawing, rotoscoping and 2D/3D animation.  I will evaluate and explain each of them and include what techniques  are used and include examples of animations previously made with this. Line drawing Line drawing animation is a technique where images are drawn  using basic brush or pen strokes that can vary in thickness and angle to create different forms of lines and depth and texture, and done  frame by frame to create motion. The time it takes to animate a frame of line drawing depends on the complexity and style of the art. For a simpler drawing with little detail, it can take as little as two minutes to sketch the lines. For more detailed art it could take up to twenty minutes or longer to make sure every line is to the artists standards and shows the movement accurately.
